  • Dependent on the type of Build job you instruct a deposit of approximately 25% will be required upfront. We will then work out a payment schedule that fits you requirements. .
  • Lawsonmitchell offer full pubic liability insurance, our contractors also offer the same. All contractors are fully certified in their trades.
  • Lawsonmitchell  priority is to ensure customer satisfaction, we will ensure that you are fully aware of the realistic time scales and the start date is at your convenience. We will be in regular contact at every step of the way informing you of progress and updates. Our contractors work efficiently and always deliver beyond expectation.

  • Yes we offer full guarantees on all works undertaken for a twelve month period from completion. Should any problems occur within this period we will always be happy to return to the project and find a solution.

 

 

  • There are a number of factors to consider when building any new extension, first and foremost there are planning implications to consider which will require the client to liaise with the local council. There are matters to consider regarding party wall and we can help appoint an appropriate surveyor, the purpose of this is to protect you from any structural defects that may occur with neighbouring properties. Finally there is the consideration of design and again we can help point you in the right direction of suitable architects. It is difficult to estimate how much this may cost in professional fees but we can accurately estimate this after an initial consultation with you.
